If you are based in Goa, you are welcome to come by our store and experience our wide collection of accessories. 

Absolutely! We can ship products across India through any courier service provider with a tracking facility. We’ll make sure you receive your wedding essentials perfectly wrapped so you receive it safely without blemish or damage. The courier charges are extra and are billed to the client.

All our products are presented in appropriate and secure packaging including gift packaging as specified by the client.

If an item has been purchased as a gift, we offer regular gift wrapping which is provided at no cost. 

We also offer premium gift-wrapping using gift cards, elegant boxes, and ribbons which need to be specified at the time of placing the order. This service is chargeable to the client. 

If you are ordering a gift for someone else, please ensure you enter your own name and address in billing details and the recipient’s name and address in delivery details.

All our invoices are enclosed with your order as proof of purchase. If you would like to request that the invoice is sent directly to you and NOT enclosed with the order, please disclose this information at the time of placing the order. 

We understand that you may need to make an exchange in a situation where there is a mismatch of size. 

If there is an exchange, the products need to be returned to our store, with labels intact, without blemish or damage on the products, and with all wrapping material intact. On inspection, we will agree to exchanging the product. 

Timelines:

  1. Exchanges should be brought to our attention by email within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Products need to be returned to our store within 5 days of receiving the order.

You can make payments by cash or through direct bank transfer. 

These products definitely require you to share your size measurements with us. Once you fill our inquiry form, and tell us what you need, we will include product options, and let you know what sizes are available, or if they can be custom designed to suit your body type. We want to make your wedding shopping experience as easy and comfortable as possible.

We don’t hold back and tell you everything you need to know to pull off your dream wedding. However, we offer our consulting services, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Returns Policy

With our returns policy, If you have received a product which is “Damaged, Defective, and you wish to return the product, you have 48hrs to raise a return request by just following the below mentioned procedures:

 Raise a return request by calling our number at +91 9579726539 or by sending us the return request mail on our email info@farrellagoa.com

Once we have received your request, we will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for refund.

We do a reverse pickup of the product which is “Damaged or Defective from the customer’s place in an unused/undamaged condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact.

Note: For damaged and defective products, please share the product images along with the packaging images on info@farrellagoa.com and we will get back to you for your refund processing.

 Once the QC is done, you will receive a “Refund” of the product amount paid while purchasing. 

Exceptions:

Although we will try our level best to assure you a hassle-free return, there are certain exceptions where it will be difficult to support returns as mentioned below:

  • If the return request is made after the specified time frame (48 hours for damaged and defective).
  • Anything missing from the package like the price tag, accessories, labels, original packing, etc.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage done by human error, etc.
  • Any customer had requested and placed an order for Customized product, than refund will be done only if the product is received in a Damaged or Defective condition. There will be no refund for customer dislike.

Delivery packaging: Please note that if you opt for a pickup for your refund we require you to keep the box and any packing material that came with the parcel, in a condition that allows us to transport the products safely. We see the delivery and returning of goods as a joint responsibility if the products are damaged due to absence or condition of packaging this can affect the amount, we refund you.
